Well, first of all, I want to say that I love my black MKZ. I was so ashamed of myself for putting a coat of "over-spray" on it several months ago. I had approached a couple of "detailers", but they where not interested in dealing with my problem. My son, Eric, suggested that I call Jacob. What a surprise! When Jacob came by my home to have a look at my car, I not only met a really nice man, but someone that not only takes pride in his job, but wanted to do the very best job that he could for me. He really cared. I have had a small business in Kona for many years, and I know how important it is to make a connection with your customers. He picked up my car the next day, and it looked like it had just come off the showroom floor when he returned it. IT WAS MY BLACK BEAUTY AGAIN! In the sunlight it sparkles just like a black diamond. I approached Jacob at Inside Out Auto Detailing with a specific detailing (exterior) product that I had purchased for my car. It was a very intensive process which took a total of 30 hours (5 days) to complete. The finished product was absolutely phenomenal. Even though the product was not what Jacob usually works with, he was willing to work with me and delivered results exceeding my expectations.
